Why are my pictures taken on S6 blurry?

No matter what setting my phone'so camera is on, even the slightest movement causes blur. My S3 was better than this. I'm calling bs on the pics of burst shot of a bird taking off being crystal clear.

Ok this is going to sound silly, but did you remove the factory plastic from the lens and the flash? They are pretty hard to see on the S6.
