Can't enter recovery lg Optimus L70 Verizon prepaid
I rooted my phone and unknowingly clicked on some important apps when going through and deleting system apps. It will turn on but keeps saying setup wizard has stopped. Can't do anything. I can't enter recovery either. I was wondering if there is a way to factory data reset on a computer. Problem is, it showed up as a cd drive and I can't change that.
