Why do i have the blue light filter over my screenshots even when it's off?

Okay so, i've deleted every single app which wasn't originally on the phone, no apps that remain have the permission to appear on top and yet the problem persists (all of the bixby apps only habe permissions which are manditory). I am tempted to do a full factory reset to see if that will give any results but i have way too much precious data which isn't backed up in any way. Oh well. Thanks a lot for being there guys!

Ugh, sorry we couldn't help. I've searched a bit more and it seems a bug affecting many A50 phones, I haven't found any solution so far.
