why is my battery draining

I have sony Xperia ion which I havent used in 4 months, I fully charged it and it stayed. At 100% for like an hour and then start dropping 99..98..97 to 1% in jus 20 minutes and then stayed at 1% for an hour also. Av tried all these advices from other threads( dissable location, lower screen brightness, dissable google services, dont use 3G, factory reset, downgrade the software) I even replaced the battery the new one still does the same

Please help

Welcome to Android Central! The battery sensor software might need calibration. Charge to 100%, then use the phone normally until it shuts off automatically from low battery. Then charge back up to 100%, and repeat this cycle 3 times. Does the battery behave more normally now?
