Why is my hotspot not turning off after it said it's supposed to come back on today

So like a month or so after paying my bill I used my hotspot to mostly get on the internet because my Samsung J3 Emerge doesn't have much memory for apps and stuff left. So I was given the message after a day or so that I can't use it, so I looked at my boost mobile info to see when it would come back on, which was supposed to be today but it still didn't come back on. Pls help me I want to make sure the people I care for are fine and they're not worried about me
