Why is my LG G7ThinQ dropping portions my call?

[Android Central Question]

When on phone, person on the other end says my phone cuts in and out terribly. I am not moving around and had great reception on my other phone. My husband has no problem with his LG G5. I believe I found the solution a couple of weeks ago and is was working fine. Then my husband did something. I can't remember what I changed but it worked. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
