why wont my LEAGOO Lead 6 phone turn on?

This morning i turned on my phone coming up with an error about the "LEAGOO launcher" and if i wanted it to update it or not since it would "Track my position" i tapped on "ok" out of the options "later" or "ok". This lead to the "launcher.something..." to crash. then i had a black screen with just the top bar. I tried to restart my phone but it is just stuck at the loading screen and never changes. This happened to my sister a few days ago and we are both very confused. Any help?

I have the same problem.with leagoo 6 just frooze ..its week old I cannot get into boot mode.help

Did you sort yours.mine has frooze on start up

Sorry for the very late reply but no...
Like i said in my explanation it doesn't even get to the point i can reset it since it doesn't even turn on.
It just stays on the loading screen with "leagoo" in the middle and "For the best experience" at the bottom.

I'm afraid it's either a corrupt firmware or faulty hardware. Is the phone still under warranty?

Nope, guess ill just have to get a new phone.
