Why would my phone overheat to the point my phone burnt me but Samsung says it did not

Why would Samsung say my phone did not over heat when it did ? It made my hand red and I dropped it Samsung say they will not fix unless I pay

Thermal indicators in the system and in heat-sensitive components inside the phone can tell a different story and is the one that Samsung repairs would base their assessment on. If those aren't 'tripped', to them, the phone did not overheat. Similar reasoning for water damage applies if the water indicator inside the phone is compromised.
