Wi-fi Hotspot and Tethering menu doesnt show

I'm currently unable to use my phone as a Wi-Fi hotspot. I've been able to since 2.3, but since updating it earlier today, I've been unable to access the settings menu. It keeps saying Settings and TwLauncher has stopped and reverts me to the home page upon reboot, even sometimes going so far as to restart my phone. This and a slight keyboard lag are all I notice with the ICS update so far.

You might want to perform a hard reset... doing so will wipe out the device back to factory so make a backup of important files and pictures first.

I have used it 3 or 4 times since the update. Go to Settings -> More... and then Tethering and portable hotspot.

To reset... (backup your items first) and then go to Settings - Back up and reset, and then Factory data reset.
