Wi-Fi turning on randomly.

After doing a factory reset Monday night, things seemed to be going ok. In the past couple of hours, whenever I open an app, Wi-Fi will turn itself on. Is anyone else seeing this happen? Any idea how to fix it?

Go into settings tap on the wifi symbol then open menu. Open advanced and uncheck top one (Notify me). You can uncheck the other 2 but I don't think its neccessary. And make sure wifi is off after that.

That's weird that it would turn Wi-Fi on when it doesn't need to be.

When the top box is checkmarked read the message and it says it will turn on wifi if you try to download something.
