WiFi and 4G+ connectivity issues with the latest version of Android 10 on Galaxy S10+

Within some apps, I am having “no internet connection” errors even though I am connected to a well functioning WiFi and 4G+ data network. What are the fixes?
 
Try clearing cache in recovery, it reset network in settings >general managment>reset
