Wifi is on but keeps disconnecting and reconnecting over and over

[Android Central Question]

Verizon tab s3, I've tried a factory reset, made sure the always on is checked. Can't figure it out. It does regardless what internet I try to use. My other devices work fine on the same networks. I'm running Oreo 8.0. Appr any help.

Connecting for a few minutes, working, then disconnecting?

Or you see Connecting, Getting an IP address, Connected, Connecting, Getting an IP address ... over and over?

Or some other sequence?
