WiFi not connecting to android

I'm right next to my WiFi and my mobile says out of wifi range? I've rebooted my router, restarted and even removed the battery out of my mobile. WiFi is working fine for other devices in the house. HEEEEEEEEEELP PLZ

I think it is because your device can't accept the frequency. Most modems send wifi at 5ghz and 2.4ghz, I presume that is why modems have 2 or more antennas. But I think your modem just send frequency at one of the frequencies that is not compatible with your phone.
