WiFi won't come on

Started today with the Wi-Fi just keep saying connecting. Then it says error. Looked around the forum couldn't find a fix. I have already hard reset twice and still have this problem. Help appreciated.

im sure you may have tried this already but did you try un-plugging your router and resetting that?
