Let it be Me!!

Please let me be the random Pick!! This would Really help us out. Currently trying to buy new house and wife busted her phone, and don't really need to dish out money to replace it right now. On a Tight budget until we buy house and get settled in. We would REALLY Appreciate it!!! Come on Lucky Rabbit's Foot!!

I have been over at CrackBerry for that last couple of years and this is my first post here!! but now that I just received my 2nd EVO (Still have 2 BB's on my account) PLEASE give me reason to return my newest EVO should I win! (or get my wife off her BlackBerry Tour!!)

(Oh and I also pledge if I win, that I will add Android Central as part of all my outgoing email signatures on my mobile!)

The Epic 4G is a pretty killer phone. The super AMOLED screen, 1Ghz hummingbird processor and separate graphics processor make it ideal for gaming. The slide out keyboard is nice too. This would be my pick over the EVO any day.

I sure would love to win an Epic 4G :) . I'm sad that Sprint left me out in the cold with my Samsung Moment and no 2.2 update :( . I was thinking about getting either the Epic 4G or the HTC Evo.

I have a crappy pre lol pleez help me get back 2 lovin my phone again, I'm not up for another upgrade for anotha 3 months n I wanna EPIC now lol

Front Facing Camera + 4G Speeds + Google Voice/Video = Real deal!

Hey All,

As somebody else pointed out here, I also believe that:

1- With a hardware like this: fast processor, great display, front facing camera,
2.-Over a 4G network (and the theoretically very large bitrates it can support),
3.-And "hopefully" with google bringing its gmail voice/video widget to android,

this phone is a must-have!

I want it! ;)

Thanks Android Central

Thanks Android Central for even giving us a chance to win this awesome phone!! Ever since I bought my now old Sprint Htc Hero I have been seriously into the whole Android OS thing. You guys provide great insight to all off the new devices and keep us up to date on all the latest rumors. I really hope I'm lucky enough to win this phone!!:D

I have the EVO and love love love the phone. At the time we moved over to Sprint the next best Android phone available was the HTC Hero. My wife chose this phone because it was "cute", and now every day all I hear is "Uggg", "Grrrr" amongst other words that proceed "I hate this phone", because it is so slow and sluggish.

Being able to give her a brand new shiny Epic 4G would save my sanity, and make my ears bleed a little less everyday....lol
You will be jealous of your wife's Epic. It boots up twice as fast as the Evo, not to mention smoother, faster graphics, and much better 3D Gameplay.

I hope that I can get my hands on one of these phones sooner rather than later, the gaming possabilities of this phone are amazing. Also the new hub that samsung is introducing soon will be nice to have since I am always on the go. Looks like Sprint is in it to win with this phone!

First post, and no better time to in put. Just saw the new Epic 4G at the local Sprint store and I was not as blown away as I thought I would be. Don't get me wrong, screen is beautiful (now if only they could do that with a 52" HDTV for less than $gazillion) and the phone feels of very good but not heavy build. That said, I was sort of shocked to realize how big it is vis-a-vis the HTC Evo, but with a 9% smaller screen. What gives? Couldn't they just take up a little less real estate for the logos?

Still, killer phone, quick as a bug (bird?), and awesome QWERTY (truly one of the best out there). Hope 1st time lucky.

Still can't decide on Evo or EPic :/

Evo Pros:
1)Kickstand
2)Larger screen
3)HTC Sense (If your a Sense fan.)
4)More accessories available currently.
5)Less expensive phone price.

Epic Pros:
1)Bootup is much faster than Evo.
2)Faster CPU than Evo.
3)Faster, smoother Graphics.
4)Hardware Keyboard.
5)Higher contrast Amoled screen.

Sprint - Samsung Epic 4G

I'm itching right now to get the Epic 4G, but I have 1 month to go before I'm eligible for the Sprint upgrade.

The good news is I've been doing so much research between the EVO and Epic, I am close to finding out which one I want to get. The only problem with the Epic is the extra $50 price tag, but with a AMODLED, Hummingbird processor, I'm leaning more towards the Epic. Hopefully when the time comes, it will be in stock. With my luck, it won't and I have to wait until next year or another new 4G phone comes out, but being optimistic. ;) So after today, have:

30 Days
726 Hours
43588 Minutes
2615200 seconds

What? Who's count? :D

Jeez... Epic 4G, Evo 4G... But has the 4G net expanded?

I would really like to win this phone since I've been using my EVO and would like a hardware keyboard... Plus, I can give my older EVO to my sister...

Ahh what a world...

I'm in San Jose, CA... Anyone else missing out on the 4G fun? XD
