Not going to lie but that is one sexy phone. Too bad I have to wait until October 4th when I'm supposedly getting a new phone. I hope that everyone likes this phone.

I bought the Evo but had to return it within my 30 days since there was a screen issue and they had no replacements... I was jumping ship to Sprint from my iPhone and really did love the service (and price).
Make my day to give Sprint another go around and this phone IMHO looks even better! I loved the Evo but it honestly was just a tad too wide (for my personal taste), this one looks more like my old iPhone width wise and the screen looks great!

WOW!!!!!!!!!! This phone is so awesome! I would love to have this phone so much! I'm on my 5th palm pre and while they gave it their all it wasn't enough for this customer.

OOH, ANDROID, 4G, and QWERTY keyboard, and yea that screen, 4.3 inch isn't that much bigger. What could make it better than that? If I was actually able to use that pseudo-4G.

I have a Treo 700p (yes, you read that right) and use it every day. I cannot stand its lack of modern features and cannot wait to update to an Android phone.
I have been thinking about going Android so winning the phone would be great. Love the look of the screen and that there is a keyboard.
I really need this phone. unlike others, I actually like the Touchwiz interface. Also, my Droid incredible was stolen at Dorney park, and I refuse to buy a new one. help a brother out? 
I've had the Hero now for awhile and I think it's time for an upgrade! I really want that physical keyboard on the Epic!

Why I want an Epic
My goal for getting an Epic 4g is I want to do real work on it integrated to both MS Exchange and GMail. I'm finding that my Nexus One is a little too small to work on from a screen size. I'm not concerned about downgrading to Android 2.1 because I already have a license for Touchdown for Exchange. I'll be happy unless Samsung does not give me a Froyo Christmas present! Flash is going to be rough to live without for a while (boo).
Technical features I want include:
* Keyboard
* Super AMOLED -- crisp, thin
* 4G/Wimax -- available in my area, yeah, bummer on battery, but at least the option is there. LTE will be in consideration in 1 to 2 years.
* Sprint -- better coverage than T-mobile which I'm on now and cheaper if I combine my wife and my plan
* Accessories -- I anticipate that there will be more accessories for this phone because of how widely available it is.
* DLNA -- that's just cool, look ma no wires
* 5 mega pixel camera and oh front facing camera to boot
* Micro USB or Mini USB -- works with my other peripherals

I already got the evo, which is sick btw. I wouldn't mind another android phone. I'm not really into qwerty though.

I'd like to get this for my wife. It will be our 4 yr anniversary on September 2nd, and she is unfortunately stuck with a malfunctioning palm pre - turns off randomly and battery out by 4-5pm, slow as molasses. She is always pining for an apple iphone, but we just can't afford to pay that exhorbitant phone plan, so I'd like to get her a new phone, but she doesn't qualify for a full upgrade till 4/1/11. It would make her day!
