1st off, AndroidCentral, You guys ROCK ! for even thinking about giving us a chance to get this amazing phone. The best feature I would say that got me biting my nails is its Two-way-Chat over a 4G network with blazing speeds ! Thanks again !

Can't wait

Already ordered my EVO. Can't wait to get a phone I can actually modify (unlike my Pre). Of course the 4.3" screen is a huge plus. :D

This phone is THE Killer! It has everything I want from a phone - you can't choose definitely the best feature - all are the best ;)

But if I really have to choose - I'd vote for being better than N1 (which I secretly love) :)

btw Phil, basing on your avatar, are you KoL junkie? ;D

Screen size, video streaming on 4g... android! I have a very old phone, so getting a new one is exciting, period! :)

I am honestly most looking forward to having an open phone. I've tried several platforms and they all have their pitfalls. Android just rocks in so so many ways.

I can integrate non-default apps with the interface (like replacing the dialer/sms apps with custom ones).

You can download PATCHES to applications! PATCHES!! I don't think people fully appreciate how awesome this is on a mobile platform.

WIDGETS WIDGETS WIDGETS!!! Oh my god I think I'm going to faint.

4.3 inch screen to enjoy all these things one, HDMI out to take advantage of the HD camera, front facing camera for video conferencing... the list just keeps going on.

I can't pick just one feature. I just can't. But every time I look at my current phone (Palm Pre) a little snarl of disgust just creeps over my face.
"You promised me so many things. You were great! Now look at you! Pathetic!"

I'm a poor college student so I'm looking at saving and begging and working extra overtime to raise the money for this. If you could make this dream easier for me, I would forever love you. I might even get an AndroidCentral tattoo!

evo

It's almost impossable to pick but I would have to say the screen and the processor are what have me intrested oh and 4g ain't to bad either

The kickstand! (well that, and everything else..but a freaking kickstand!?) brilliant.

1st post...bye bye Blackberrybird, Android here I come!

I have a Pre and am most excited about not having a laggy interface. I'm also excited about 4G since it's available in my area, not to mention all the other insane hardware specs.

I'm excited about how large the device is. I'm big and tall and all the other phones on the market are really small. Using them makes me feel like a giant. I just want to be like everyone else.

My wife says there better be a divorce app on the EVO because that's what she will do if I buy another smartphone.

As said in Starsky & Hutch: Do It.... Do It....

I can't wait to have a 4.3 inch WVGA capacitive touch display to run NewsRob so I can easily see the entire article from the best Android site hands down, AndroidCentral!!!

Yes, I am publicly kissing butt!

Well, it?s not the 1 Ghz cpu ( the Expo, HD2, Nexus One, and DROID Incredible have it), it?s not the 4.3 inch screen (the HD2 has it), it?s not the 8MP camera (the DROID Incredible and Motoroi have it), it?s not ANDROID 2.1 with HTC Sense (almost all recent HTC phones have this), so I?d have to say it?s the front-facing camera and what it offers. Sometimes phones are just given front-facing cameras to wow potential customers, but they really serve no purpose. Like a European version of the LG Arena, it had a front-facing camera, but no reason for it. I would really like to see how the EVO?s front camera plays out with Qik. I know Qik isn?t available yet, but when it is I?d really like to see what it can do. With the launch of the new iPhone looming and the possible addition of iChat it seems to bring, how would the EVO and Qik stand up to that, ya know? Qik isn?t a Sprint service, so would that affect the performance of the 2-way video conferencing somehow? I don?t know, but I really want to check it out! Thanks for the shot at an EVO!

What a thrill this will be

I will be upgrading from the early Treo. It will be culture shock. I am most interested in the video capability with stand for golf swing analysis and sharing. What an fantastic app.

This phone should free me from that outta touch feeling I have today. The demos are great, can't wait to get my hands on one!
