Nothing for meordered on the 9th. So it looks like they got enough phones in to cover 2 days out of 26 days of pre-orders. Some people are going to have to wait a long time

Ah man.. really .. Ordered mine on the 9th... Didn't get anything.. Not another week... please..
Why don't you ask Sprint why they didn't send Wirefly more phones? Obviously Wirefly took as many phones as Sprint allowed them to order. Be disappointed in Sprint, or even yourself for not ordering earlier! I don't see why you think Wirefly did anything wrong.![]()
just finisf chatting with them and they said they already allocated the first shipment and i ordered on the ninth also
Sprint will only give Wirefly a certain amount of phones. Wirefly didn't sell you a phone, they just allowed you to pre-order one. When Sprint gives them the phone they will send it to you, I just don't understand what they've done wrong. Why didn't Sprint have enough phones made? They knew they would run short and that's part of the selling factor. Making a phone sell out makes it more popular because it makes it seem popular.I placed the preorder with Wirefly, not Sprint. Sprint has no duty to fulfill a contract with me. Why would Sprint be obligated to answer to me?![]()
That kind of sounds like a bad excuse considering Wireflys motto is "Always free Fedex shipping both ways" and you could have chosen to have your packages held at FedEx to pick up at your convenience. My point is that there is more blame on you than there is Wirefly. I'm sorry your not getting your phone and if it were me I would be mad too, but Wirefly has been really awesome throughout all this and I feel the need to defend them. They are giving out phones in the order they received them, meaning even though some people paid more than me, they will have to wait and I get mine now, potentially losing wirefly money. That says a lot about a company, to me it says "Customer satisfaction over money". How would you like it if you had paid $119 and been the first person to pre-order but Wirefly decided to send the phones to the people that paid $149 first?I'm glad you asked about ordering earlier. I did place an order on 5/8, but I had to cancel that order because I couldn't increase my order to two phones without paying twice the shipping cost or having to be available to receive two separate packages. Wirefly's preordering system couldn't accommodate an increase in quantity for some unknown reason. The CSR asked me to just wait until the 18th and then call back to increase the quantity. Fortunately, I didn't follow that advice because the friends and family price changed the day after.
