XLTE On Verizon W/ Nexus 6

I've been researching on how to know if the Nexus 6 on Verizon is getting XLTE.
Another thread suggested using the app LTE Discovery and if it shows Band 4, you're on XLTE. Well, I was, so I did a Speedtest.net and I got pretty impressive speeds:

Yeah, Band 13 is regular LTE.

SignalCheck Pro has B2,B4,B13 IDs also.

I was on band 4 in Charlotte and I was only getting about 15Mbps. But it was around lunch and the network might have been congested. Let discovery said I was on xlte band 4. I get the Dave speeds at my house out in the sticks in band 13. I would have gone with a different service but anywhere outside the city ask the others have very spotty service at best.

A couple days ago I got a little over 50 down and about 22 up.
