Xoom LTE soak test on the way

Oh, yea, I gave up waiting, too, but, I just find it interesting that there's been NO word on this at all. Like NONE. I've been using Team EOS and it rocks so no worries there. But, it's just strange.

I think that something in 4.0.3 doesn't jibe well with LTE. Could explain why the GNEX and the Xoom LTE haven't gotten it yet. My theory is s few more weeks and in both cases we get 4.0.4. Just a hunch. Can't wait to try out chrome browser on my Xoom though. Hang in there its not forgotten

I doubt it. As I said I'm using team EOS which is aosp 4.0.3 and the week after I installed it I was in lte land for 4 days with no problems. I honestly don't know what the holdup is. If I had to venture an educated guess I'd say it's the vzw approval process. Iow the roms are probably done but we're waiting for Verizon to approve them for release.

Could this soak test been for the 3.2.6 update that is rolling out now? I hope not.

please other threads you will get your answer. this recent update has nothing to do with ICS

The email the OP posted said NOTHING about ICS. I was just wondering if we all assumed his post was for ICS, and it really was for the 3.2.6 update. That is the point I was trying to make.

Should we have a race between the Xoom LTE and the Bionic to see who gets it first? :D

My Bionic just got the OTA to 5.902. That's exciting!

902 is a great improvement, no question, but, it doesn't count. :D The question is will we see ICS on the Bionic or the Xoom LTE first? I'm not sure I could easily place that bet...gut instinct tells me Xoom LTE will be first, but, that's not a guarantee!
