Samsung Fascinate Used on Cricket

I have just obtained a Samsung Fascinate that has been flashed to Criket. I would like to switch it back to Verizon. I have flashed back to a stock rom, thinking that would do it, but of course it didn't. Now I am seeing that I need to update the prl's and some other stuff, but I am not sure how to do this. Does anyone have a How-to on getting this back on Verizon?

I have the same identical problem. spent over an hour on the phone with VZ with no resolution. I keep getting Cricket Activation with the *228 call
