No, no it will not. The only way that I know of that you could put KitKat on an SCH-I545 is to have the MDK version of the bootloader and manually flash it. That firmware is so outdated that it would be hard finding said version. I've heard you could send your S4 into I think Samsung and ask them to downgrade to MDK. Newer firmware versions are locked down so tight that you can only use Safestrap. If you try to put ClockworkModRecovery or TWRP, you'll brick your device. IF you've already done so, download the stock emergency .tar from XDA and flash using Odin.
