Samsung Galaxy J7 (2016) Screen Colors Faded

Hello. I recently bought my galaxy j7 and I have a problem. I have noticed that screen colors fade sometimes (especially after I have turned on and off my screen many times in little time). This is accompanied by low brightness even if I have it high. When i turn and on my display everything is fixed and won't appear again until I do what I described above.
I this a Amoled problem? Is it normal? Should I check it?

Please tell me because I want to know whether I should get to check it or its normal.
