I have a Samsung A7 and I have syncronized my memo with my samsung account from it. Now I decided to try to access it on my computer, signed in on samsung.com but can't find my device storage anywhere on my profile page. It can be that I haven't registered the device but I can't: I bought it 1,5 years ago and I don't remember the purchase date any more. Or is it not samsung.com but a different site?
