app won't launch voice says name of app instead

A friend bought a Nobis Tab at Walmart. Was working just fine. Now when you select an app a vioce says the name of the app, then nothing. The app won't launch. I'm not to sure how to help him. Thanks.

Welcome to the forums. It's possible that TalkBack is enabled and you need to disable it in the security settings. To navigate through the menus you need to swipe with two fingers at the same time and double tap to select the different options. Tell us how it goes.
