User has invalid status!

Long story short, I was getting text messages completely random from "6250" that said vzwmn:1, did my research and found that it was sent to me everytime 1 of my 3 emails set up on my phone received an email. I read in a forum that it was becuase backup assistant plus was enabled and i just had to call and have it disabled. thats been taken care of and I no longer get that text. Now I stopped getting any email from that specific account and can't change any settings in it or delete it. Every time i try to delete it or anything I get the error "Attention User has invalid status". I tried calling tech support and the lady didnt know her @$$ from her elbow (excuse the language) and told me to factory reset my phone. I tried googling my error and i saw it was because backup assistant plus was disabled. I told her to re-enable it and still no luck. Sorry for the long explanation but wanted to get everything out. any help would be appreciated! thank you in advance!
