My Nexus 6P doesn't have any of the issues that I have read about on the forums. When you mass produce anything, there will be a few defective products. If I were in your shoes, I would try another 6P. This phone is so much better than my Samsung Galaxy S6.

Re: Transfer data including sms and memos from Galaxy s5 to 6p I used SMS Backup and Restore for my messages. I use cloud based apps for memos and notes, so really can't help you there. I know this doesn't answer your question, but hope it will help someone.

All you need is a data plan to set up ActiveSync. You can use the $29.99 plan. I believe Verizon is OK with this as long as you primarily use your phone for personal use. It is true that they want you on the higher data plan for Enterprise use, but it is not required for ActiveSync like it is...

Actually, the HD dock is the same for the RAZR and the RAZR Maxx. The Maxx comes with a snap-on adapter for a slightly better fit.

Yes. It's a snug fit, but the Maxx does fit the Razr HD dock. However, the Maxx will not fit the Razr Navigation dock.
