I rooted my Droid Incredible today...

Alright, so I got this to work, and ran all the commands on here: The PRS Complete Rooting Guide - Android Forums (using ./adb shell on a Mac with method #2 and the 2GB SD card Verizon gave me), but I can't do anything. Superuser Permissions is in there... I applied update.zip correctly and got...

    Best live wallpaper?

I had a lot of fun with the "ShakeEmAll" live wallpaper. But honestly, the Spinning Galaxy and Sense ones are pretty nice and don't get in the way at all.

    "City ID" Crapware!

Pro tip: Go into Settings > Applications > Manage Applications and delete CityID's data/cache. Reset the trial from 4 days to 15 days for me today. :D Could be a temporary fix.

Manual Froyo update technique working on N1...would it work on the Incredible?

Yeah, which is why I stopped after 40. I'll let someone more experienced figure it out for me. I'm sure those numbers aren't spot-on.

    MMS to iPhones

Like I said before, this works 100% of the time: stock SMS app, add text to MMS, send, and iPhone 3G/3GS users will get it every single time.

    MMS to iPhones

I just sent a photo to my gf's iPhone 3G. Here's what I did: 1. Used stock HTC Messaging app. So much for ChimpSMS. 2. Didn't worry about photo size (here, the photo was resized to 94kb when I sent it, from 8MP default resolution). 3. Sent WITH TEXT (turned it into a slideshow). Worked just...

    Charging - having problems :/

USB via computer is a "trickle" charge. Very slow. Not great for battery life. Wall charging method is a lot better for your battery's life and for charging it quickly.

Droid -> Incredible with MyBackup Pro

Paid apps that show updates will work and all, but unpaid ones with updates won't show up on the store (but will say "installed") until you uninstall and reinstall. Weird.

Anyone still waiting for Verizon to ship another batch?

If you're trying for retail price (non-upgrade), find a NIB Incredible on eBay with no bids and offer the seller via message something around 400-480. Worked for me. :) Getting mine today.

Vibrate on screen touch, am I losing my mind?

You can change the settings in Settings (lol). Probably under keyboard, look for haptic feedback or something. I would tell you exactly where, but my Incredible is literally a block away in a UPS truck. :(

    Don't buy Verizon Screen Protectors

I'm pretty sure Zagg and Skinomi sell the exact same product, but in a slightly different package. Compare Skinomi's current (retail) box setup to Zagg's recent (retail) box setup before they went with the straight slim packs (via mail, anyways). Saaaame thing. I imagine PhantomSkinz are...
