After getting an update yesterday, any time I try to access the dialer, an error message pops up that says "unfortunately contacts has stopped". I have force closed the dialer, and cleared data. Any ideas?
I had this problem after my last major update. I performed a factory reset and have not had any problems since the reset. Make sure you backup any important info before the reset.
If you don't feel comfortable doing a reset, you could try going into settings/application manager/contacts and clearing cache and data for this app. That sometimes fixes issues with apps.
