App's storage are showing empty

Hello, except for some native apps, mine apps storage isn't showing in the apps info or in the phone's space storage. What makes impossible to clear any app data.
I think I might inadivertently disabled some kind of permission but I can't find which one neither in which app. I don't use external storage.
My phone is a xiaomi poco m3 with Android 10.

P.s1.: I've been hesitating to update or restore my phone cause it have a knowledge problem of not working anymore after some update. So, if it have some workaround that will not result in killing my phone I'll be thankful.

P.s2.: If it has to do with Xiaomi MIUI, my apologies for the question.

Welcome to Android Central! Are these apps that you installed, or preinstalled system apps?

Hi, thank you! Some I did, some are from the system. Just a few apps like Configuration, Security, Screen recorder, Notification and a few others from the system shows the storage. Not even Google apps shows it.

Try resetting all app preferences. The location of this option can differ depending on the phone. Try going to the system settings, then tap the Menu app and see if it's there. If your system settings has a search function, you can search for it there as well.

I reseted it as sugested but nothing seems different. Well, one more thing that doesn't work in this phone.

I lied. It reseted the apps permissions to the original configuration. But the storage problem still persist.

Does your phone have a sd card ?

I'm guessing here instead of showing the apps storage as "apps e dados(apps and data)" it shows as "outros(others)".

What if you long press a app icon then tap info>select storage does it show my screenshot?

Restarting in safe mode almost gave me a heart attack when my phone stuck on the screen of a communist (?) bunny fixing a android robot... Anyway, it does happen as well.

LOL, I wonder if that bunny is supposed to be the Poco mascot or something.

When's the last time you recall being able to see app data reported as anything besides zero? I wonder if this is just some restriction of the firmware.

If all apps are showing this , might have to factory reset

Maybe an easteregg to remember where this phone came from... I don't know.
Well, the case I don't remember. I think it aways being like this. I just bothered to investigating it when I was looking to clear some app data and couldn't.
