Hello All, Newbie here. Been using an Iphone for the last 2 years but switched over to the Atrix this week. This is a work phone so I'm using corporate sync for my email/contacts/calendar with our 2003 Exchange server.
My only complaint is that the notification does not work when a new e-mail comes in. It worked a few times sporadically but now it doesn't work at all.
ATT said it was moto problem so I called them. 45min on the phone and two call backs resulted in a "we know there's a problem and we're working on it." response... bummer :-(
I installed two 3rd party email apps (Touchdown & Droidmail) and the notifications worked but each of those apps had drawbacks to the native email program so I really don't want to use them.
Data Push is on and Fetch schedule is set to manual......
