unfortunately launcher 3 has been stoped

i am using the Panasonic P55 mobile at this time every few hour it is showing the error ( unfortunately launcher 3 has been stooped, i am sending the mobile two time to register service center buts till date facing the problem again to again, so i request for you please help me anyone and send us the concrete solution
i using panasonic model P55, 4.4 kitkat version

Try Settings, Apps, All, Launcher3, select Clear Cache, Clear Data, and Uninstall. Then Power Off and Restart the phone.
