It's possible , that's why I wanted you find storage and clear it's Data then force stop

I did finally find storage and I cleared the cache and force stop. I don't want to clear the data because that deletes all settings, accounts, etc.

Looking at my SIM card status, all I see that might be relevant is Mobile network state shows "disconnected" but Service state is "In Service".
