Trying again as wasn't able to find anyone who knew what to do.
Brand new S22 Ultra is having issues after restoring.
When you open Samsung Gallery you can see all my photos, videos and albums but when you use any other app to post a photo or video it's blank.
I've tried Samsung, I've tried Microsoft and sort of just going around in circles because both are saying it's the other companies problem to fix.
I've done a hard reset, not logged in and ensured everything was up to date before restoring and archived the same thing.
Has anyone experienced this issue? I'm guessing since the latest update as my old phone was an S22 and had no issues, I also had a loan phone in between with no issues.
