Hi, My wife and I both have Samsung phones (she has an S20+ 5g and I have an S21+). Both are on Verizon. We have been using Samsung messages as our messaging app and have had chat features enabled and working. We were getting the delivered and read messages but all of a sudden they have stopped showing. I can long press a message and view the details and it shows that it is a chat message. But the delivered and read indicators no longer show. We both have the options turned on in our apps. I have cleared the cache and data on the app, and also restarted both phones. Is there something that would have caused this issue all of a sudden?
Upon checking only my messages are showing as chat, my wife's show as text message. So must be an issue with here phone I guess.
