4.3 update

Hi guys I was hoping you could help me. The problem is that I haven't received my 4.3 update yet.
I'm using Samsung galaxy s4, gt-I9505. O2u. And one more thing I'm not in UK right now.

Get the latest ROM and flash it with Odin 3.0.7. Best and fastest way. Also secure .
