Hi,
Sorry if I posted in the wrong forum, wasn't sure where to post it.
Here's the situation: my friend has wireless service with ATT. They are enrolled in a family plan called Rollover Data, which allows any un-used data to roll over to the next month (but not any month thereafter). As a result, they never run out of data.

I'm contemplating ditching Verizon and jump to ATT, just for this reason alone. Coverage area is about the same, I'm in CA. I'll need to find out exactly what I'll be paying Verizon in terms of early termination fees. Both my wife and son just got new phones with Verizon, one's on EDGE plan, the other is on the 2-year plan. I'm paying about $280/month for 20GB of data. My friend is paying about the same, for 30 GB.

The phone on EDGE plan is getting subsidized by a Verizon promo, so that's a wash, meaning we're not paying anything monthly for it. Usually EDGE plan means that the phone's full price is divided into 24 months.

The other phone was paid at half price, because we signed up for the 2-year contract.

What do you guys think?
Thanks for your opinions,
