Hello everyone. I have a galaxy s4 and i bought a sd card for it which is 64 gb. I noticed everytime i would take pictures my pictures would either go bad (they would turn black with a crack threw them) or they would have area in them. So i have end up deleting. Also i moved some apps to my sd card and when i restart my phone the apps also go bad. They are there but they wont start up so i have reinstall them again which is really annoying. Please someone help me! Thank you for reading!

The card is probably formatted as FAT32. Format it as exFAT. If that doesn't fix it, you may have a defective card. (If it's a SanDisk, go to SanDisk microSD Tech Support and start a live chat. The warranty on the card should be 5 years. If it's a different manufacturer, you're on your own - I don't have links to products I wouldn't buy.)
