Why I cannot receive emails while connected to my home WiFi?

Since I've done the system upgrade on my S5 a few weeks ago, I cannot get my work emails while I am connected to my home wifi network. All the other apps are working just fine when I am on wifi, including gmail and yahoo mail, just the work one doesn't download unless i disconnect wifi and go on mobile data instead.
