LG Premier - Manual Camera? ...also vibrate won't turn off

[AC Question]

Does this phone have a manual camera setting? I can't find a way to adjust ISO shutter light/dark etc

Also, when turning the ringer volume down down down to zero, the vibrate stays on. Vibrate won't turn off. There's nothing in the main settings to address this, and under the text settings I can turn it to NEVER VIBRATE but this leaves me no option but always have it off. On all my other androids I could toggle back and forth between silent and vibrate. Anybody got advice for this issue?

Got the phone two days ago. Can't find anything on the web about it.

Nope. Never had this issue...

Because I use "Open Camera" through f-droid ( https://f-droid.org ; f-droid DOT org )

The beauty of Open Camera is that it is free software meaning you are free to add any features you want and need when you get access to the source code.

Manual control is part of the design, and my smartphone does NOT vibrate at all during the picture taking process.
