Help with resetting a Woxter 800 android TV box to factory settings.

I had my box set up on a telly on the wall which fell down, the box stayed where it was resulting in the HMDI cable breaking off at the connector, since then whenever I start the box up I get the Woxter Logo with the waves running through it as if it is loading but it doesn't do anything after that just stays on this screen so I am trying to reset it to factory settings to see if it will rectify it. The problem is that all the advice on YouTube tell you to insert a cocktail stick into the AV inlet but the Woxter does not have a AV inlet hole. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Hi, so there is no reset button on the whole of the device? you might need to take it to a repair shop as it sounds like it sustained some damage when the TV fell.
