Copy Paste through Google Assistant?

I'm on Android 7.1.1 and Nexus 6.

Google Assistant v/s Google on tap!

Earlier in Google on tap there was an option available for copy paste anything from screen no matter if it's text or image or anything else. After click on copy paste option Google on tap use to take like a screenshot from the screen and then converts everything on screen to able to copy anything from screen even if it's image i was able to copy as a text.

Tap & Hold feature doesn't work on images to copy text from the image.

Any idea, How to use this feature on Google Assistant?
