Amazon music app stops on tablet

[AC Question]

I have an Acer tablet at 4.4.4 and have installed/re-installed the Amazon Music app. But every time I try to play prime music offline that I've downloaded to the tablet, the app stops.

I've been working with Amazon support - no success. I've cleared data, cleared cache, forced stop, un-installed, re-installed, sent error reports. No luck.

Suggestions?

Welcome to Android Central! This would be a hassle, but you could also try uninstalling all other app except for Amazon Music, in case something you installed is interfering.
