My google searches appear on my Wife's Facebook page

I have searched for this already but a lot of the answers seem to be quite old so maybe something has been updated. Just the last few days my wife has seen some of my searches and my daughter's searches using google. I have done this via Chrome but my daughter has used Safari on her Iphone. Does anyone know why/how this can happen? Thanks

Do you all use the same Google account on your phones? (Not your email account, your Google account.) That could cause problems.

Otherwise, I'd chalk it up to either some spyware (but your wife wouldn't be complaining about it if she put spyware on your phone) or the Facebook app - which isn't known to be one of the best Android apps ever written.
