Why is my phone acting up

Whenever i use headphones my google voice like to ask questions pops up and if i exit it pops up again or if im watching YouTube it will make the screen where you can see the time left pause last video or next vide and if i click it to make it go away then it will pop right back up

Those kinds of headphones can often cause issues like this, since iPhone headphone jacks are configured a little differently than those on Android phones. So your phone might be getting constant false signals from the headphones to trigger Google Assistant.
