i have an unwanted icon on my screen

[Android Central Question]

I use a vivo 1712 and have avast cleaner on it. while cleaning my phone today I inadvartently allowed something called talk notification or something like that. this caused an icon to appear on my screen and it does not go whatever i do, including uninstalling avast. can someone help me get rid of it.
