Soft Bricked Droid Charge

Help! I unrooted my droid, battery was low so I turned it off and now it's frozen at the charging screen and won't turn back on. Please help me!
EDIT: It's been charging since 1 AM and it's still stuck at the charging screen with no green filled inside the battery.
EDIT: It has been soft bricked because it will show a picture of a phone and computer connected to eachother with an orange triangle in the middle.

Try a bettery pull, If not you may need to go into download mode and reflash the ED1 that is floating around out here.

Thanks guys! I soft bricked it but I was able to restore it. Now time to find out how to root it again since I have Froyo.
