No , your sim dictates what goes on the firmware as all carriers and unlocked firmware are universal, you might be on a different build number Tmobile from Att and not get OTA updates until u get on same build as Att but can just flash through odin with next update just use Home csc so no factory reset

If Att and Tmobile are on same build u will get a OTA if not u would have to flash Tmobile next update

I just flashed the TMobile file and the first thing to come up on the phone is AT&T logo. I would have never know this without your help! Thanks!

I can also confirm that AT&T number sync will not work on unlocked S21 ultra and im assuming other unlocked devices as well.

Question when you were on the unlocked firmware did that image disappear 5GBYOD ?

No it did not disappear. AT&T still couldn't figure it out. Now that i did some flashing and im back on AT&T firmware ill check and let you know if its fixed or not.
