I've spent hours on the phone with T Mobile getting nowhere. One rep says "sure, no problem" and promises to email the receipt with the IMEI...says she's looking right at it on her computer. Then I get an order confirmation emailed to me with nothing on it I can use. I call again and another rep tells me it's just not possible to send that receipt and I have to go to the store. I told them, again, the store can't pull up a receipt with the IMEI #. How can they know the IMEI of a phone when it's a pre order to be shipped at a later date? This stinks of another T Mobile BS story. The third time they promised something and didn't deliver.
