Why aren't my MP3's saving to my Galaxy S3?

mp3 not saved to Galaxy S3

I had been able to click the Download button on a podcast I listen to and it would save to the download folder on my phone. Recently, it doesn't download but opens in a player instead. I can't figure what player it is, as none is listed in my manage apps site. The player shows a black screen with a gray filmstrip under a play arrow over a smaller pause icon, but no name. Any help on getting the download back into the download folder would be appreciated.

Welcome to Android Central! What happens if you long-press the podcast, instead of just tapping it?

I get a dialogue box to either open in new tab, or in background, or to save, share or copy link URL.

What's the Save option? I think that's the right one. It wouldn't make sense to me for it to be "Save URL," because that's what "Copy URL" would be for.
